Production times are the result of a complicated process, which is why the timing is indicative and varies according to the period in which you placed your order.

For custom orders normal shipping is within 4-7 weeks, but can be delayed due to vacation or hold ups in the shipping pipeline. We have had some difficulties in the past due to the global covid-19 pandemic. 

But these are mostly rare occasions and you should have your custom order within 7 weeks of production start.
